Welcome to our class web page. We are excited about everything we do in Pre-Kindergarten. It is said that a child learns more in the first five years of life than all of the rest combined! Think about that! What a fabulous time of life!

In an effort to help children see the relationships between letters, sounds, and their use in communication, we explore limitless interactions with letters, books, and signs. Our classroom is a print-rich environment with multiple opportunities to explore the world of words!

We learn to stay healthy by washing our hands! |

The health science students from Comfort High School came to help us learn about keeping healthy by washing our hands properly. They showed us how germs like to cling to our hands and how we can keep them away by washing our hands well. We learned alot and they were great teachers!

We use our Smartboard every day for a variety of uses. We make our own games to play, use web sites appropriate for children, and have educational age appropriate media at our fingertips!
