I just want to take a second (or two) to tell ya a bit about myself...so that you know who is teaching your child! This is my fifth year to teach here in Comfort...although I have lived here for the last 10 years with my husband, Dwayne (Comfort grad) and two kids...Dori (in fifth) and Dylan (in first). I love to talk, sew, be crafty, country and western dance, have fun, read and watch the Dallas Cowboys play football!!! I grew up in San Antonio (Madison High School) went to college in San Marcos (Southwest Texas...Texas State University)...lived in Alaska for 3 years (just because)...and then came home, met Dwayne.....and the rest is history!! I am a former competitive gymnast and soccer player and love to watch my kids (both my real kids and school kids) play their sports and their instruments! Feel free to come by the classroom whenever you need! By the way, throughout my web-page, you will see pictures of my family- I am proud of them and love to "show them off!"

Any worksheets that we do in class that are labeled with a chapter and section number (example: 7-4 Skills Practice) are able to be accessed and printed from the internet! Our textbook, and all of it's work, are available to all students on-line at www.glencoe.com. In order to access the workbook pages, students must go to the web-site and (follow the steps...) select Course 2 and go to the Student Workbooks section. From there, they just need to select the correct sheet, print it, and ocmplete it! This is a very convenient way for students (who "forget" or "lose" their work) to stay on top of their work!
