Hello, my name is Jerry Mannering. I am a CES Social Studies Specialist. My goal is to make history come alive for our second, third, fourth and fifth grade children. I also, bi-weekly, assist Tina Parker in the CES Library. Lastly, and b-weekly, when not in the library, I work in Computer Lab "B" with kinder and first grade students.

Currently, second graders are exploring the life of Pocahontas, third grade, Lewis & Clark. The fourth graders, Texas History, are studying early Spanish exploration, and the fifth graders are studying early European exploration and colonization efforts in the New World.
